Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to the VibeValley Records Help Center. Below you will find answers to the most common questions regarding artist submissions, distribution, and our company policies.
Artist Submissions
Do you accept unsolicited demos?
VibeValley Records is a curated label. We do not accept everyone, and we do not listen to unsolicited demos sent via email or social media. All potential artists must submit their music through our official Artist Submission Form. This ensures every submission is reviewed fairly and systematically.
How do I submit my music?
Please navigate to our submission page and complete the required form. Ensure all links to your music (Streaming platforms, SoundCloud, etc.) are working and accessible. Incomplete submissions may not be reviewed.
What genres do you sign?
We do not limit ourselves to specific genres. Instead, we focus on quality, originality, and artistic vision. We are looking for unique voices that align with the VibeValley aesthetic. If your music stands out, we want to hear it.
How long does it take to get a response?
Due to the high volume of submissions and our thorough review process, it may take up to 60 days to receive a response. Please do not follow up before this period has elapsed. If you do not hear from us within 60 days, please assume we are not moving forward at this time.
Can I contact you via Instagram DM or Email for submissions?
No. Direct Messages (DMs) on social media and direct emails regarding submissions are not monitored for demo reviews. To ensure your music is heard, you must use the official submission form. Messages sent through other channels regarding submissions will not receive a response.
Distribution & Releases
Where will my music be distributed?
We ensure global distribution for all our releases. Your music will be available on all major Digital Service Providers (DSPs), including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Deezer, and many others.
Which distribution partners do you use?
VibeValley Records utilizes a strategic multi-partner approach. We work with several reputable distributors, including but not limited to Amuse, TooLost and RouteNote.
Can I choose which distributor is used for my release?
No. The choice of distribution partner is made by the label depending on the realistic case for each specific release. We select the partner that best fits the strategic needs, regional focus, and promotional tools required for your specific project to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Do you handle marketing and promotion?
For signed artists, we work closely on strategy tailored to the release. Specific marketing plans are discussed during the onboarding process and are dependent on the project scope and partnership agreement.
