AI statement

VibeValley Records does not treat artist uploads or public-site content as free material for AI training. Uploading content to this platform does not grant us, other users, or third parties permission to train generative models on that content.

This statement is intended to reflect the platform as it operates today. If we materially change that position, we will update this page before relying on that change.

We may review music or materials that include AI-assisted elements, but you are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to submit, distribute, license, and commercially use that material.

Disclose AI-generated vocals, composition or production using the release form and provide the licence evidence it requests. A paid AI subscription, an uploaded licence document or a successful file upload does not by itself prove that a recording can be distributed. Keep evidence of the terms that applied when the output was created.

Do not submit unauthorized voice clones, deceptive impersonations or outputs that infringe another person’s rights. Permission from an AI tool does not replace permission from performers, composers, publishers or other relevant rights holders.

We may ask for supporting documents, request corrections or reject a submission. Music services may apply their own restrictions. AI disclosure does not guarantee acceptance or create copyright protection where the law does not provide it.

Unless you have the relevant rights holder’s written permission or an applicable legal right, you may not use protected VibeValley or artist material to:

• train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve AI or machine-learning models
• build datasets, embeddings, or synthetic derivative corpora from protected material
• simulate an artist's voice, identity, or recognizable creative output without the rights needed to do so

We may use software tools to assist with drafting, summarization, or internal workflow support, but that does not change ownership of artist material or create a separate licence for model training.

The release submission workflow does not send uploaded recordings to a generative AI service for training. Release review remains a label decision. Any separate use of private artist material with an AI service would need an appropriate legal basis, confidentiality safeguards and the necessary permissions; this statement does not grant those permissions.
